These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and fg22 ("fg22", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the fg22 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary services available through fg22.app.

By accessing fg22, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the fg22 platform. fg22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1Eligibility

To register and use the fg22 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. fg22 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Mandatory age verification is conducted for all accounts via KYC document submission — a valid National ID card or passport is required.
• You must register as an individual natural person acting solely on your own behalf. Corporate registrations and accounts opened on behalf of a third party are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a fg22 employee or associated service provider. Such persons are ineligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Submission of false or misleading information is grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must agree to these Terms and to fg22's Privacy Policy in their entirety before completing registration. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing agreement with all terms as amended from time to time.

fg22 may request additional documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Eligibility determinations are made at fg22's sole discretion and are final.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold exactly one account on the fg22 platform at any time. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected fg22 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fg22 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your username and password from unauthorised access.
• All activity on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility as the registered account holder. Notify fg22 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not allow any other person to access or use your fg22 account on your behalf regardless of your relationship with that person.
• KYC verification is required before withdrawals above the basic threshold are processed. Documents submitted must be authentic, current, and belong to the registered account holder. Submission of fraudulent documents results in permanent account closure and may result in legal action.
• fg22 may apply enhanced due diligence to accounts with high transaction volumes or accounts that trigger internal risk flags. Enhanced due diligence may include requests for source of funds documentation or additional identity verification steps.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

fg22 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh-based payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary. fg22 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for a deposit or verified in the player's account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts belonging to persons other than the registered player are not permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests above the basic threshold are processed. Requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending queue and processed once verification is approved.
• fg22 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Fees may apply for certain international card payment methods and are displayed before transaction confirmation.
• fg22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions. Processing times quoted are estimates and are not guarantees of delivery time.
• fg22 reserves the right to delay or hold any withdrawal request pending completion of additional verification, including AML compliance checks, where a transaction triggers risk management thresholds. Affected players will be notified of any such hold.

4Bonuses and Promotions

fg22 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• fg22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, or to cancel a promotion entirely where evidence of abuse or exploitation is detected.
• Bonuses are personal to the individual player account and may not be transferred to another player or exchanged for cash outside the bonus conversion conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and apply to the first qualifying deposit. Any player who has previously held a fg22 account — including one that was subsequently closed — is not eligible for a new-player welcome bonus.
• fg22 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from a player's account where it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, that wagering requirements were met through excluded bet types, or that the player engaged in bonus abuse.
• Promotional offers may be geographically restricted. Certain bonuses may not be available to players in specific regions or may carry modified terms based on the player's registered location. Eligibility for each offer is confirmed in the individual promotion terms.

5Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg22 platform. fg22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, forfeit balances, and pursue legal remedies where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users, including auto-betting tools, odds-scraping scripts, or any mechanism that bypasses normal user interaction flows.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker, coordinated live casino play, or sharing private game information with other active participants.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Winnings derived from a genuine software error are void and will be reclaimed. Players must report suspected errors to support rather than exploit them.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity. fg22 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another individual, or allowing another person to use your account regardless of the nature of the relationship between the parties.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at fg22 staff, customer support representatives, or other players. fg22 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse of staff and other players.

6Responsible Gaming

fg22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. Online gaming should remain a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal difficulties, players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or to contact support for assistance.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Players may set notifications that display after a specified period of continuous play. These are configurable in account settings and can be adjusted or disabled at any time.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30, 90, or 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, account access is restricted and the account is removed from all promotional communications.
• Reality check notifications: Players may enable regular balance and time-played alerts to maintain awareness of their gaming activity. These display as unobtrusive on-screen notifications during active gaming sessions.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the fg22 platform — including software, game content, graphics, logos, text, interface designs, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of fg22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any fg22 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fg22 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• You may not scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the fg22 platform without express written consent from fg22. Unauthorised reproduction of game content, odds data, or any other platform content for commercial purposes constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable copyright law.
• The fg22 brand name, logo, and trade marks may not be used in any advertising, social media content, affiliate marketing material, or any other promotional context without a formal written agreement with fg22.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg22 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the fg22 platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of winnings, gaming credits, or account balances resulting from technical failures, system outages, connectivity issues, or any platform interruption not directly caused by fg22's wilful misconduct.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, regardless of whether fg22 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, mobile network operators, or banking institutions over which fg22 has no direct control. fg22's responsibility extends only to initiating the withdrawal transfer in a timely manner.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the fg22 platform, including game rules summaries, odds displays, or promotional content. While fg22 endeavours to ensure accuracy, errors may occur and players should independently verify material information where important decisions depend on it.

9Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Players may close their account voluntarily by contacting customer support. fg22 may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

• Where a player voluntarily closes their account with a positive real-money balance remaining, fg22 will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion and standard withdrawal conditions.
• Where fg22 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information — fg22 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including real-money deposits and to deny any pending withdrawal request at the time of closure.
• Bonus balances and free spin credits are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason. Bonus balances have no cash value and are not payable to the player upon account closure under any circumstances.

10Amendments to These Terms

fg22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaningfully affecting player rights or obligations — fg22 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform, by email to registered players, or both. The notice period for material changes will be not less than 7 days, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the fg22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the termination provisions above. 11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of fg22 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent court of jurisdiction as applicable. fg22 encourages players to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any query or dispute informally before escalating to formal proceedings.
